J&J Auto Racing Celebrates Five Wins and a Track Title
It was a banner weekend for J&J Auto Racing, as Jared Horstman, Jade Hastings, Jack Wagner, Tyler Drueke, and Laela Eisenschenk each scored victories in their respective series across the country. Capping off the weekend, Jeremy Weaver brought home J&J Auto Racing’s first track championship of the season. Jared Horstman continues to shine in the Great Lakes Super Sprints (GLSS), racking up wins as the season begins to wind down. He recently claimed his seventh victory of the year with the series at I-96 Speedway. Horstman and the GLSS will be back in action this Friday night at Ohsweken Speedway in Canada.
Also picking up his seventh win of the season was Jade Hastings. A Grand Forks, ND native, Hastings scored the victory in his own backyard at River Cities Speedway with the Northern Outlaw Sprint Association (NOSA). Jade and his 8H team continue to extend their lead in the championship standings.
Another North Dakota native, Laela Eisenschenk, picked up her fifth win of the season behind the wheel of a J&J Auto Racing chassis at Buffalo River Speedway in Minnesota. Adding to the family celebration, her sister finished second in the late model feature.
Tyler Drueke earned top honors at his hometown track, Eagle Raceway, competing with the IMCA RaceSaver Series. Meanwhile, Jack Wagner captured his second win of the season at the scenic Lucas Oil Speedway, also racing with the IMCA RaceSaver Series.
Jeremy Weaver delivered J&J Auto Racing its first track championship of the season, clinching the title at Tri-City Raceway Park in Franklin, PA. Weaver secured the championship by a narrow margin of just thirteen points over second place. His runner-up finish in the A-Main provided the final push needed to lock in his first career track championship
