Weller Clinches URC Championship, Weaver Wins at Lernerville
As the leaves begin to change color and the air turns cooler, two J&J Auto Racing teams continue to bring the heat this season. Josh Weller captured the United Racing Club (URC) Championship, while Jeremy Weaver picked up a victory over the weekend of October 10–11. Mertztown, PA’s Josh Weller claimed his third consecutive United Racing Club (URC) Championship at Selinsgrove Speedway. Entering the weekend 120 points behind the leader, Weller delivered a determined performance throughout the Kramer Cup night to secure the series title. Jeremy Weaver earned his fourth win of the season close to home at Lernerville Speedway during the Steel City Stampede. Starting fourth in the feature, Weaver charged to the front to take the victory.
