Trey Starks Makes History As J&J Auto Racing Celebrates Five-win Weekend
J&J Auto Racing had a standout weekend, racking up five team victories between July 25th and th 28th across various racing series in the United States. Drivers Jeremy Weaver, Jamey Ogston, Caleb Saiz, Trey Starks, and Josh Schneiderman each captured the checkered flag from coast-to-coast.Kicking off the weekend of big wins was Puyallup, Washington’s Trey Starks, who made history at the scenic Skagit Speedway. Starks became the first driver ever to win both the Skagit 360 Nationals and the Jim Raper Memorial Dirt Cup in the same racing season, a feat never before accomplished. He continues to lead the track points standings in both the 410ci and 360ci divisions.Jeremy Weaver brought the crowd to its feet at Tri-City Raceway Park with a thrilling FAST on Dirt Series win. He topped it off with an exciting wing dance in victory lane, a moment that fans won’t soon forget. Weaver now has two wins under his belt this season with many races remaining on his schedule. Jamey Ogston, Caleb Saiz, and Josh Schneiderman each collected their first wins of the season. Jamey scored his victory at Cedar Lake Speedway with the Upper Midwest Sprintcar Series (UMSS), Caleb took the checkered flag at Gillette Thunder Speedway with the ASCS Northern Plains Region, and Josh grabbed a midweek win at Bloomfield Speedway with the Sprint Invaders earlier this week.
J&J Auto Racing is gearing up for back-to-back weekends at Knoxville Raceway. First for the 360 Nationals this weekend, followed by the 410 Nationals next weekend.
