J&J Auto Racing Adds More Wins & Another Championship

Autumn temperatures are settling in, and while season championships are beginning to wrap up at tracks across the country, three J&J Auto Racing teams are still adding to their 2026 accomplishments. Mack DeMan and Tyler Clem each added another win to their season tallies, while Trey Starks secured another Track Championship, adding another title to his impressive season.

Mississauga, ON’s own Mack DeMan added his third victory of the season at Ohsweken Speedway, taking the checkered flag in his crate winged sprint car during the 22nd Annual Northern Sprint Car Nationals. Starting on the front row, DeMan immediately took control of the field on Lap 1 and never looked back, leading all 20 laps to claim his third victory of the season.

Across the United States, all the way down to Florida, Tyler Clem picked up another victory, winning the Top Gun Sprints feature during the Battle in Barberville at Volusia Speedway Park. Behind the wheel of the Smith Racing No. 4 winged sprint car, Clem started seventh and wasted no time moving forward, advancing four positions on the opening lap. As the race continued, Clem continued to close the gap on the leader. With just four laps remaining, Clem made his move for the lead and went on to capture the victory by 2.4 seconds.

Out west in Washington State, Trey Starks secured his fifth consecutive Skagit Speedway 410 Track Championship. Starks put together a memorable 410ci season, collecting five wins, 12 top-five finishes and 12 top-10 finishes. The championship adds another title to his 2026 season, as Starks also secured the Skagit Speedway 360 Track Championship the week prior.

Back at Ohsweken Speedway, Matt Farnham added another victory to his season, picking up the 360 Sprint Car A Main win during Championship Friday on September 11. Farnham also finished seventh in the 360 Sprint Car A Main at the Northern Sprint Car Nationals the following weekend.
