J&J Auto Racing saw three new track champions and one feature event winner over the weekend of September 25-26. Marion, Arkansas’s Derek Hagar scored his fourth A-Main victory of the 2026 season Saturday night at Riverside International Speedway. The win came just a few miles from Hagar’s race shop at the West Memphis, Arkansas, dirt track, where he has earned the title of “The King of the Ditch.” Hagar added another Riverside victory to his impressive resume, leading the way to Victory Lane in the 360 Sprint Car feature. Kenton Pope of Dexter, Missouri, clinched the 305 Track Championship at Benton Speedway. Pope and his family-owned No.19K winged sprint car captured three feature wins at the Missouri track en route to the championship. Pope’s brother, Drexler, finished just 40 points behind in second, giving the Pope family a 1-2 finish in the 305 track championship standings. Damon McCune captured the IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Car Track Championship at Big Sky Speedway in Shepherd, Montana. McCune piloted the No. 06 J&J Auto Racing chassis to one feature win at the Montana track during the 2026 season. Staying at Big Sky Speedway, Christian Kinnison captured the 2026 IMCA RaceSaver Montana State Championship.Kinnison piloted his No.00 sprint car to a feature victory during the season and finished atop the state points standings with 259 points.
