Starks And Drueke Strike Again In Washington And Nebraska

Another week of summer is in the books, and two more J&J Auto Racing teams found Victory Lane, with Trey Starks earning a win in Washington and Tyler Drueke adding another in Nebraska.The King of Skagit Speedway himself, Trey Starks, jumped back behind the wheel of his family owned No. 44 360ci Winged Sprint Car and picked up his 11th victory of the season. Starks now has six 360ci wins and five 410ci victories this year, with the majority of the wins at Skagit Speedway.Starks is now gearing up for the High Limit Skagit Nationals over Labor Day weekend, where Saturday night’s winner will take home $126,000. After a rough start to the Skagit Nationals last year, Starks battled his way through the weekend and finished 12th in the feature event.Tyler Drueke, another J&J Auto Racing hot shoe, collected his fifth win of the season and fourth at Eagle Raceway. Starting from the 13th position, Drueke had some work to do, and he did just that. With four laps remaining in the A-Main, Drueke made the pass for the lead and never looked back, going on to win by nearly two seconds. Just like Trey, Tyler is also gearing up for a huge weekend of racing as he heads to Eagle Raceway for the 14th Annual IMCA RaceSaver Nationals. Drueke is no stranger to success at the event, having captured the RaceSaver Nationals victory in 2021.
